Title: Rowley Jefferson’s Awesome Friendly Adventure
Author: Jeff Kinney
Publisher: Penguin Books
Rating: 9/10

This Wimpy Kid book is a whole new awesome, friendly world! Rowley Jefferson’s diary gives us another fantastic adventure.

In this book, Rowley decides to write a fantasy story about a boy in the Middle Ages named Roland. Roland’s mom is kidnapped, and he goes on a quest to save her from an evil wizard. He’s scared, so he invites his best friend Garg to join him. As the story continues, Rowley introduces more fantasy characters and more danger, including pixies, trolls, elves, vampires, and more. After each chapter, Rowley shows his friend Greg, but Greg takes it as an opportunity to earn money. He keeps telling Rowley to make changes and publish his book, but all Rowley wants is to keep the book the way he wants it. Will Roland and Garg survive?

I think this book is great for readers aged 8-13. The book is very interesting and will hook you in as soon as you start. When I read a compelling book, I don’t like to stop in the middle of it, and this was one of those times. You will want to read the first book in the series which is Diary Of An Awesome Friendly Kid. I would give this book a 9/10. No book can ever be perfect, but this book was truly amazing and I loved it!
