Years & Years are a UK electronica trio that are starting to make waves on the dance music scene.

With their futuristic synths and hard-hitting pop hooks, these guys are definitely one act to watch in 2015.

The band took out the BBC Sound of 2015 poll, which aims to highlight the year's rising musical stars. Frontman Olly Alexander, speaking on BBC Radio One, said: "I nearly passed out when I found out. I got quite emotional; there were tears, so many feelings, so many."

The band are in great company, with the likes of Sam Smith, Haim, Ellie Goulding and Adele taking out the top spot in previous years.

At the moment they're in the final stages of producing their debut album, which is due to be released in June.
