Apple TV Gaming?

So it’s official: Apple users will now be able to play games through their Apple TVs. But don’t all rush to buy it in the hopes of playing Witcher 3 or Halo 5. The new Apple TV, introduced this year, now has the ability to play small, indie games. Users will be able to play select titles available at the Apple Store, including small puzzle games and even emulated Nintendo Wii U games. You’ll be able to play them with the Apple TV remote, with an actual gaming controller connected via Bluetooth or with your iPhone or iPad with the Apple TV app installed. More mobile games are set to take the plunge into Apple TV, so keep your eyes peeled.

New Xbox One Controller

Yesterday marked the dawn of a new age for all game controllers across the globe. The Xbox ELITE controller was released to the public. The controller has been designed specifically for heavy use and is customisable to any gaming situation. ELITE promises a better gaming experience than any other controller can.

Features include:

Customisable stainless steel thumb sticks and directional pads – interchange between different thumb sticks and d-pads for a better ergonomic feeling.

Paddles for the rear of the controller. Easily attached, these paddles allow for further controls to be added to your controller and will help eliminate extra thumb work.

Hair Trigger Locks – anyone who knows the struggle of having to pull their triggers right back to the controller will love this time-saving tool! Hair Trigger Locks will lock and unlock the trigger so you won’t have to pull it all the way back.

And my personal favourite, an audio jack. A built in 3.5mm stereo headset jack, which means no need to spend money on a headset adapter! Just plug your headset in: no worries. These and other awesome features will make this controller an amazing asset to your Xbox gaming arsenal.
