BY TAYLOR GILBELLINI

Golden hearted, wild child,

Filled with curiosity and anger

Her secrets hold her in prison

Golden lush curls float around her like a halo

Find her in trees, wind floating around her

The tiger lily of the bush

She dives into the deep cool springs

Fresh water inhales her

The stars of the night light up her battleship green eyes

She stares into the moon and dreams of the wild princess of the forest

Silently a wolf comes up to her and gracefully lies down.
