Rhythm and Vines kicks off in the Waiohika Estate today for a jam-packed three-day festival of music, good vibes, comedy and festivities. This year’s line-up includes Peking Duk, Angus & Julia Stone, Nero, Pendulum, Yung Lean, P-Money, David Dallas, Jupiter Project, Cut Snake, Brendon Thomas & the Vibes and more.

It’s about a six-hour drive from Auckland’s CBD or from Wellington. A fun road trip with friends is what summer is all about, but make sure you pack well, keep hydrated and most importantly, drive safely. Make it in one piece so that you can all enjoy this summer extravaganza.

This year’s festival boasts three stages; Rhythm Supertop, the Vines Stage and the Cellar Stage. Bands kick off at 2:00pm each day – check the schedule so you don’t miss your favourite muso’s.

There’s also a Comedy stage which will provide entertainment from 4:00 to 6:00pm daily. Off-stage you’ll find lots of things to keep you busy, like the Fruju water slide, Spotify story and Spark chill zone, as well as heaps of food and drink vendors.

TEARAWAY will be at Rhythm & Vines again this year, so look out on our Twitter and Instagram for all the festival updates plus interviews with your favourite artists. Happy New Year everyone! #RhythmandVines #TearawayMag.
