This breakfast smoothie is a quick and easy recipe to make, especially when you’re on the go. And of course it’s packed with good, nourishing ingredients.

 

Ingredients

1 cup frozen mixed berries

½ cup frozen mango

1 banana

1 kiwifruit 

½ cup rolled oats

2 tsp maple syrup or honey

1 ½ cups milk

 

Method

1.     Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on ‘High’ until smooth.

2.     Pour into a Mason jar or glass and top with your favourite garnishes.

3.     Enjoy!
